So very stupid and incompetent and they don’t care!

The tracking number said my sofa from Amazon was loaded on the truck this morning at 12:01 a.m. I took time off work to wait between 12-3 as they required a signature and someone home to load the sofa into my house. No show, no call. I called their useless customer "service" line. They don't know anything. Waited on hold 15 minutes and she put me through to dispatch who said they did not load the sofa at all and that this is a common mistake in "transportation." WTF! I missed out on wages of at least $1,500! I am an attorney and will start a class action against this horrible company. Wasted time = loss of money to most of us who work. This company needs to pay up! Call class action attorneys in your city to start class actions everywhere this company screws people over.
