so unsatisfied... I placed an order and 5 days later it shows that it was canceled. I called customer service and place an odder again. two days later order can't be found. Customer service is no help at all. I have to order from somewhere else now (and we are talking about birthday present for a child) . DO NOT USE THEM. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM.
