I had two issues with my TV since buying it 2 months ago. First time I called (has happened multiple times since) my internet kept disconnecting with the device. It would say connected w/ no internet I know it was the TV because my Fire Stick that was connected to the TV was still working perfectly fine, as well as all the other different brand TVs in my house. The second issue I had was the remote stopped responding. I changed the batteries multiple times, still nothing. I will say, although I've had these issues in a short time frame, each time I had these issues when I called customer service the reps were patient and walked me through my issue. User's recommendation: Wouldn’t buy the TV again but will always call with any issues.
