So far I am not liking it. Simply because y’all have not refunded my money back for a purchase was charged too my account that I didn’t make.

My complaint is regarding a matter at hand that hasn't been resolved. My credit card was charged for purchased that haven't made, and I've contacted the personal at the company and I received a response that was simply saying they have no record of this purchase, basically there for there is no money to be reimbursed to my credit card account.
