Bought a couch at Bernie and Phyls for 1500. It arrived after 5 weeks smelling like sour milk and vomit. Called CS and was told they would refund me shipping or exchange it for another one for 5 week wait time. In the end told them to take it back and refund it. They would not clean it as they said this is a common problem with mattresses with them and sometimes furniture. My opinion? They keep these in warehouses that are not conditioned so moisture, heat and other things get absorbed in the fabric.. Quality issues which is a shame since I really like the couch. At least they are taking it back for a full refund but they should have never delivered it i this condition after a 5 week wait!!
