I purchased one of the smash box holiday sets, which I wait for every year!! But when I got home and opened every individual item (4 total) I realized that one of the items was cracked and one was missing. I wanted to know if there was anything smashbox could do about this situation.. I purchased this gift set from kohl's and was told I couldn't return since I had opened the makeup. I'm hoping to receive a new highlight set and am more than willing to send back the broken one.. The item that was broken upon unboxing was the 3 color highlight set and the product that was missing is the black eyeliner.. thank you in advance Jena Winchell
