I am a residential consumer and I bought two of Feit electric products from a local big box store (Home Depot, items bought 06/11/2021). The under cabinet LED light smart sync, and the smart sync motion detection puck. I followed the directions and they failed to work as advertised. I returned the motion sensor puck to the store and got another. Still no connection or not working as instructions intended. Called tech support, 4 separate times. Each time I was led to believe a senor tech would return my call. I was even told I was at the front of the line as soon as tech support department was open. Never got a call back, as a matter of fact as I write this I' am still writing for tech support to call me. This is the second time I have delt with buying this companies products and both have turned out to be a waste of money and reliability.
