Slow, slow service in drive thru

Went through the drive-through this morning in the B lane. The lady comes outside and tells me I was supposed to drive by the window, but how does that work? The lane was open and nothing told me differently. The lady comes out to take my payment but does not bring my drinks. Four cars pull through the A line which I would have been in front of the last one. The lady brings my food and change. I remind her of the drinks which take another 10 minutes and now my whole order is cold. Firstly, I do not want a "we will do better" letter from the manager...been there and done that. I want a refund for my order today or coupons for future purchases, if there are any! This mismanaged business in need of drastic and immediate repair. The restaurant is getting a horrible reputation in he community for wrong orders and waiting for food. I would like a district manager to call me to discuss at [protected]. Bruce Norwood
