Slow shipment, horrible customer service

I ordered some light switches, 3 weeks later still hadn't heard anything. I tried to contact them via phone and sat on hold for an hour before hanging up. Sent an email to their "cancel order" email address, and after a week, no response. Went to website, says order "needs review" (has said that since the day I ordered). I am on the phone, and have been on hold for 45 minutes. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In the emails that I sent, I asked them to confirm that they got the email as well, and again no response. In the meantime, I have found the product somewhere else.
