slow service wrong order made wrong

I put in a complaint 2wks ago and got no where with it I am very disapointed and very rarely go there anymore was a almost daily costumer not now Iwould be told to wait and someone would be with me shortly when there was no one else in drive thru made my coffee wrong more than once I said something once they I will make it right this time for you but never said they were sorry about it
