Slow customer support

At first glance their website seemed to be rather user-friendly. And the prices were extremely attractive. But when I filled in the second checkout form and was ready to leave, I noticed that one of the products was ordered twice. It was included in both orders. Maybe I did that by accident or that was some kind of a glitch. I needed one item only! So I hastened to cancel it. But I couldn’t find how to do that. Hence, I tried to get in touch with the support team, but there was no answer. It took them more than 30 minutes to fix everything and to write back to me! Can you imagine that? Too long. If they do not have enough staff to answer client’s requests quicker, they should hire more I suppose.

Lucky you if $ 57 per hook is attractive prices for you. My wife bought a towel rack there and I was very angry. 200$ and you can't even hang it in the bathroom because it's wooden!
