Slow and unhelpful customer service

Sent in a pair of Razer Anzu glasses to get lenses in them about a month ago and I'm still waiting. The customer service agent, Ann, keeps changing the date on when they will be ready and now I'm being told their lenses failed the quality test. Lensabl is supposed to be partnered with Razer to produce these, how can you have quality issues?? Razer really messed up by partnering up with these bozo. This company is really going to make Razer look bad. User's recommendation: Anywhere but these guys!
