Slow and irresponsible customer services

Car was stolen and severly damaged . So total loss process began on late June 2021. Document was requested to be sent over to insurace company and has not been taken care of for over five weeks. Called them weekly and was told that the process would take 4-6 business days each time I called. After 5 weeks now they are telling me it will take another 2-4 weeks. HMF dont care about keeping promised time line. Car is well built but customer service is not. I'd rather go to other brands for better service. User's recommendation: Avoid HMF.
