I'm doing real estate research for the last 25 years for a living. Of all the websites I come across RedFin is most incorrect by a very large margin. I'm not sure why but their real estate values are always inflated. In addition, they don't care to get the correct information from the tax office. They don't check with previous listing - they just post stuff, seemingly making it up. Often the images too, are incorrect. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE....IT'S VERY SLOPPY !!
