SLK faulty when purchased passenger window leaking

I purchased a preowned SLK 200 from Mercedes Benz Constantia Kloof in South Africa in 2010, this car has been leaking on both the passenger and drivers sides. I have taken the car back several times and they tried fixing it but cannot get it fixed. The dealer principal and the technical people all told me that it is fixed they even got the fleet and production manager to sign off that the car was fixed and it still leaks water which is damaging the carpets and causing the cars value to drop. I keep telling them it's not fixed but they keep saying it is. I then got an attorney but after all the correspondence they still have done nothing to fix the problem. The dealer principal told me he cannot fix the fault after I showed him the leak/s. I don't know what else to do so please help as Mercedes supposedly is such a prestigious company and the dealer cannot help me, they rather lie about the car being fixed when its not and the managers signed it off saying the car is within Mercedes Benz spec now if thats the service given where you selling a faulty car then all Mercedes clients should be warned to not buy SLK's because if it leaks you will not be able to fix it but tell the clients its fixed when its actually not case and the managers running the company signs it off as fixed, they should be fired for giving the client the okay that the car is completely fixed when it is not. I am so disappointed and disgusted at the service received, the lies told to me and the main fact that the dealer even tried to pass off a like for like but the year was much older that my SLK, and would not they thought I was dumb not pick it up. My attorney will now take this matter to court as the current dealer principle after physically showing him that the car is we in side and still leaking he tell me "I must buy a another Merc becau se they not able to fix my car, Mercedes sold me a faulty car and has asked me to trade my car in and purchase a new one but that I'd have to pay in more money to do the deal, this I refused to do because selling me a faulty car is their fault. Then the dealer principle also says to me that its pointless me bringing the car back because they cannot fix it even though it's still leaking. He then tells me I must go to the ombudsman and offered no more help, he just told me in a nice way not to bring the car back and I left the dealership with a leaking car as that days it was raining so much hence the reason I went straight to him to physically show him where exactly the leaks are and how it is damaging the car, he just gave me no alternative to help al he wanted me to do was trade the car but would have to pay in more money. I asked them to get me a like for like or at least a car where I don't have to pay in just do a clear swop. The dealer principle has not helped and its forced me to take this matter further, I mean the car smell wet, miffy and stinks after it rains, also to mention the managers trying to fix my car tell me I must go to a car wash that use a low pressure hose, what *** is that because that means all owners of SLK's should look for a car wash with a low pressure hose. I am going to Carte Blanche to let people know that they should not buy SLK's because it leaks and Mercedes cannot fix the fault. There is lot more to this complaint and correspondence kept that will explain how many times my car has been to their workshop to be fixed and for the past 3 years my car has been in their workshop more times than I have actually driven the car, now I bought the car and paid a substantial amount for it yet I don't get to enjoy the luxury of my car. I have dealt with 3 dealer principles including Mercedes SA'S Mangers David Rivitt, Jaco, Boshoff and a few others as well as the two managers who physically signed off that the car is fixed yet it still leaks so how have they fixed it and how can they as managers sign off a leaking Mercedes clearly when they can and see it still leaking, please let me know what you will do regarding selling this faulty car. Thank you, Natalie
