Slipper

Order placed on 11/30. Shipped on 12/1 More than 3 weeks now and still have not gotten order. Tracked and order has been sitting at one location in PA for 10 days Tried to contact Sorel. 97 min wait on hold. Said leave number and they will call back. NO call back. Tried their chat - 6 times in one day and was cut off each and every time. Their customer service is NOT good
