My name is Kenyette Gaines [protected]. I purchased sliding door on May 10, 2021. I received a email stating that my slide door was in and ready to be installed (8/17/2021). No one contacted me until I contacted them. My door was scheduled to be install on 8/26/21 but was cancelled without a new date set. I reached out to them only for them to give me a later date. It wasn't until I said I wanted a refund that they gave me an earlier date. They were suppose to come on this Saturday (9/11). Installer called me at 10:01 informing me that he would be to my home at 12:00. At 12:45 I received a text message stating that they will be to my home between 2-2:30pm. I later receive a text message at 2:24pm stating that they will be at my home as soon as they finish the job at the home they was at. After that I received a call from one of the supervisor at the Baton Rouge office asking if the installer had installed my door. I explain to him that they did not and informed him of what was said. He said "at least they called you". He did preceded to say he will call them and contact me back. I never heard from anyone of them. Fast forward to today 9/13/2021, I still have not been contacted about the installment. At this point I am requesting a refund.
