Slice not working

My Customer service helper was EXCELLENT. He stayed on the phone with me for over and hour and a half till I finished my project. so patient. I was told I would receive a video and step by step directions on how to slice but I have not received them which I was counting on. Other than that, He was great. Hope you get him on the phone to help you out.
