it gets worse and worse. within 6 months we had significant sags in the bed. we were told this is normal wear. but now these are deep holes my husband and I sink into every night separated by a ridge between us. ive never experienced such a horribly made mattress. we wake up every day with pain. we both have a lot of back, shoulder and neck pain we live with every day. we toss and turn all night. we cant afford to spend another 900 dollars when this mattress is not old. I have had other mattresses I paid less for last 15 years. weve been sleeping horribly for the last five years. and now I hope the holes we spend eight hours a night in are deep enough for some kind of refund or replacement.
