Sitting arangements for the handicap

My wife and I have been going to the Black Angus for over 40 years now and enjoy their food. We have been married for over 48 years and my wife pointed out to me that they seat us way in back corner to where people won’t see us. My wife has cerebral palsy. When my wife brought this up to me she said look around where we are sitting at, people with wheel chairs, so does this mean all handicap people are not allowed to mix in with the so called normal people. The next time we go to the Black Angus Steakhouse, I am going to video tape this to where they will sit us at. This last place was at the Milpitas, CA
