Since December i am not being able to receive my refund

totally pissed off with this brand.... i don't know what to do...... Since December my refund of a product has. been pending and they are not even responding and doing nothing for that purpose amd i am also not being able to call them there's no option of calling to the customer service care also.... Just making some *** excuses.... i don't know now what should i do now....
