Sim swop – Still not working 061295****

Ive called the CellC customer services. They said they will sent me an sms. I must follow the steps and then the phone will work again. An still havent received an SMS. Can you PLEASE assist me. I cant hold on that long to get to an operator and still nothing is sorted. I did a sim swop at PEP Tzaneen yesterday. There is NO CellC shop available. PEP RICA the new sim for me. And it is still not working. RICA Serial no 0214********. 061295**** Can you urgently assist please!!!!! User's recommendation: notsure.
