Someone at Total Wireless allowed someone to take over my account a change my service to their cell phone and subsequently the scammer tried to drain my bank account. fortunately, the bank didn't fall for it and froze my account because #1 I'm not a man and #2 he didn't have enough information to verify everything. Whoever answered the phone at total wireless knowingly allowed some man named James to change my service!!! The scammer then used my phone number to verify themselves as me and switched service back about 4 hours later after the damage was already done. Major security violation!! User's recommendation: Not sure what to do about it. They didn't seem concerned about it when I called to activate a new SIM and report it.
