Signed up as a contractor and before i was able to do work for them, they had already billed my account for leads that i did not want or receivr.

They are a total scam , ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR INFO AND ONCE THEY HAVE THAT YOU ARE AT THIER MERCY, they do not stand by what they say. and there are better ways to find a contractor User's recommendation: dont use them, they dont stand behind what they tell you and dont give them any of your info.
