Bought a bat for my daughter, to be delivered to her at college. Little did I know Baseball Monkey put a 21 or over signature requirement on the bat. Shes not 21 and when someone else who is 21attemapted to sign, they would not allow it because it was not my daughter. Would up returning the bat and purchasing elsewhere without the restrictive signature requirement. Called customer service to see if they could lower the restriction and they refused, essentially making it impossible for my daughter to get the bat. User's recommendation: Double check signature requirements.
