SIG P938 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a problem with the inner latch that is depressed to install the slide after the first cleaning. Contacted SIG and talked to customer service guys. They emailed an RMA shipping label via FEDEX that I will be charged for. I will also have to "arrange return shipping" when the pistol is returned. The was new and has been fired twice. Customer service acted like they were doing me a favor fixing a problem with their product. **Note to SIG....Contact Springfield Armory and ask them to help you set up Customer Service and let them instruct you on how to handle returns.
