In researching a "Park Model" "Park Trailer" I did purchase the Sierra Destination 401. After completely explaining my reasons for purchasing a "Park Trailer" I was sold an RV contract. I delayed the purchase until I was "told" "This is the only contract we have", "There are mobile technician's that can perform any warrantee work". My unit is now fixed and permanent on site as a "Park Model" should be with a surrounding deck. The dealer and manufacturer LIED. They will not maintain the Warrantee, unless the unit is taken to the dealership. My warrantee issues started with 2 water line connectors incorrectly installed that caused 2 separate floods. Our Bedroom slide out was not factory caulked against rain causing Mold in our bedroom and mattress including walls. The Range is not vented and has melted and charred the kitchen wall. the heat has warped the upper cabinet bottoms.
