Shrinking toilet paper rolls

2

This is a complaint in general about the advertising and packaging of toilet paper. I am fed up with their "12 doubles = 24 rolls" type of advertising. Rolls were a certain thickness in the past. Sometimes they are a little thicker, but in total there is little difference between a roll, and what they call a double or triple roll. It's all just to confuse us while we are buying the product. Tell me how many sheets I get per package - that way I can judge. Don't tell me 16=48 or some such nonsense. If there are 16 rolls in a package, there are 16 rolls in that package!
