Should be illegal for employers to use this

1

Labor law says that employees need to be given copies of their pay stubs and tax forms. Employers who use Paychex obviously don't care about this requirement because every time I've had an employer who has used Paychex, I wasn't able to access my pay stubs. Account registration gives me errors and I have to call support during their business hours to get any help. The software is antiquated and people should not need to jump through so many hoops just to see their earnings info! User's recommendation: Employers: DO NOT USE! Employees who have no choice: sorry, you're out of luck.
