Shotgun lost by UPS, was shipped by Remington

I have not had any success making contact with Remington, nobody answers phones and no response to numerous emails and i have even been faxing them letters. I understand they are going through bankruptcy reorganization but there has to be somebody around to resolve this big problem. User's recommendation: I would not purchase any firearms from Remington, they were a good company but not anymore.
