Shorten cruise on Horizon

1st, I must say THANK YOU, for a job well done in the mist of a crisis. Your staff were PHENOMENAL, smiles always in the early morning and late nights. Although it was a shorten cruise due to Dorian, my friends and I still had a blast. Now for a DOUBLE THANK YOU... My group were with the guest of yours who was injured right outside the ship in Nassau. Carrie Perry Your staff member Olga not only stayed calm but very informative, which made it a lot easier for the rest of us worrying about Carrie... So many Angels on point came to her rescue... Upon returning to the ship, your customer service crew keeped us Informed of her arrival back to the ship... Throughout the day, Carnival crew were sooooo supportive, stepped up... Because of her injury, we spent most of out time in Serenity and the staff there were so attentive, really sooooo attentive... Thank you again and can’t wait to sail again with Carnival. We decide before getting off that we’re going to sail the Horizon again 2020 to the ports that we weren’t able to sail. Thank you again Deborah Plumey
