Shoppe pay problem

I have verify my shopee pay on 5 June 2021. I have been used the shopee pay after a few days but i had try many times to enter the pin.i think i just need to make pin that send to mu number. After many times i try to entered the pins, shoppe pay was disable me to used the e-belia at shoppe pay
