What is not okay is that it resets my 4 year contract to day 1. Does not anyone have a 4 years cell service contract? Shop available. TO use this company you must log a contract which states you have 30 days to experience it before you can cancel. We were committed to two years at around $3210 per month. By the 8 or 9 month we had enough with technical issues such as being shut down and lack of ease to discuss functionality. We had to move on to a more reliable company but were informed the billings would continue until the 1 year contract was reached & it would auto renew even if we were not using any of it. Many frustrating phone calls later , after being said there is no discount for early termination we decided to pay off the remaining balance on around $3000. The only recourse are reviews like this to assist other businesses stop Ring Central.
