I rent a washing machine from them. The machine stopped working properly. I had to call 4 times for a repair. The earliest appointment was in 2 weeks. The repair person never showed up. No one called to reschedule. I called customer service the person hung up before I finished my request. The replacement does not work either. User's recommendation: Do not rent from Appliance Warehouse.
