You advertise free shipping on orders over $19, yet I spent over $200 and Im now being blackmailed by the courier of your choice, DHL, that I know or another $52.80. This isnt the first time but it will be the last that I, or my girls order anything from your company unless you find a way to stop this courier company from stealing from YOUR customers! User's recommendation: Shipping is definitely not free! Expected pay at least another 25% of your purchase price in shipping fees!!!
