My motherboard went bad and I had to send it back for a RMA. They sent me pictures of shipping damages including a damaged CPU socket pin. (IMPOSSIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE) based on the pictures they sent me, I concluded that they damaged the motherboard on purpose and they instructed me to file a shipping insurance claim. They said they will send the motherboard back to me as is. They never sent it and the shipping company wont take my damage claim.
