When I received notification of shipping the address for delivery was one I had used in Halifax and was supposed to be Vancouver. I immediately went online and made corrections. This was not an address the company shipping the item ever had, so I knew it was an error on DHLs end. I also called and was told it would be rectified. Then I found out the package had arrived in YVR but was given to Loomis to truck it across the country to Halifax. I have been trying to get it back ever since. It was shipped out from Vancouver May 31,2021 and it is now back in Vancouver today June 11,2021. It appears that I may have to wait another weekend for my package. User's recommendation: Avoid DHL at all costs. I would give them - points if possibke.
