Ordered 5 pairs of socks. Received 5 pairs. However, 2 of the 5 pairs were clearly the wrong size (shipping slip and order form specified the proper size). There is no way to get actual customer service. They won't answer phone or honor their replacement policy. Just send a ridiculous and useless boilerplate email that never states whether they plan to REPLACE them, and if so, WHEN. User's recommendation: Be VERY wary about this company. See if you receive ONE pair, and if it is what you ordered.
