I have made an order on https://www.oshoplive.com on May 18 /2018. I payed $29 USD for EXPRESS shipment - not only it didn't arrive, the tracking number said that allegedly they coldn't find the adress, which is nonsense because the adress is correct and we have received all of our purchases from other companies on this same adress. I wrote an email complaining, and it seems as if they don't even read the email or look at the info that is stated at the tracking number (which is created by the "client", BTW), they told me to call the local post office, which I did, and they said that there was no shipment registered under this tracking number. $52.80 USD thrown out to the air!
