Shipment has not arrived as promised

I bought 2 sarees and 3 kurtas for an event, expecting based on Utsav's website promise that the package will arrive within 4 to 5 days, and on time. It is more than 10 days since Utsav sent an acknowledgment of the order. The FedEx tracking number they sent does not provide the most recent update on where the package is and when the package will arrive. Also, the website does not inform customers that products are being shipped from India, and not based in the USA. Had I known that I would not have ordered.
