I purchased a diamond ring from Shay Brazil or Shay Foster and she disappeared as soon as she got my money wired to her. Do not purchase from shay's diamonds as this is a fraudulent company that does not exist. This is a scam. There is no registered company with the State of California. The website is registered to someone in Pennsylvania but supposedly based in Sacramento California at: 3032 Sierra Mills Ln.
