Shaw’s service is unreliable

My TV went out Sunday PM. I phoned in Monday AM and was promised a call at 8AM Wednesday. When the tech didnt show, after trying to get through on the phone, I tried a chat. I was assured a tech would be here soon..About 10 min.later I get a phone call telling me they were short staffed and they would try to get here today. I waited and waited, but nothing.!So I phoned the number again and waited some more, to be connected to a human. When i said I had been booked for Wed AM and no one showed, I was told there was no record of any booking for Wed AM By this time I was annoyed,angry and frustrated. I booked another house call for Thursday 3PM. The tech came !!!!!! And I wasted a lot of time trying to phone in( waiting about an hour or more each time I phoned I wasted time waiting for techs and customer (?) service to get me a new appt. Needless to say I am pissed. User's recommendation: Shaw doesn’t know what it is doing The left hand doesn’t know what the right one is doing and the customer gets the shaft.My TV was restored Thursday and I was told Shaw was having trouble throughout the immediate area.Didn’t they know that on Tuesday?Use Shaw at your own risk.
