SharkClean not working any more

I bought the robot vacuum shark in October/2020 and is not working anymore, it stops as soon as it starts, and it said that it needs to be cleaned but is clean including the filters. I have the receipt from the store of the date and order number from the store when I bought it. It was on 10/10/2020
