Worst insurance experience I have ever had, our premiums doubled within 2 years with no claims, when we actually did have a claim they (Amandip Mangat) was very rude and extremely un-informed and of course they never paid out any insurance. Originally our insurance was with State Farm, they sold to Certa Insurance and then without my knowledge State farm became Desjardins. Had I know we were being insured by Desjardins I would have cancelled my claim and gone with a more reliable/reputable insurance company. Desjardins Insurance should be considered a fraudulent company as they misrepresented themselves by claiming that we were covered for Fire, yet when the fire occurred they did nothing, adjuster attended for less then 10 minutes. Dont even insure your doggy {{redcated}} with Desjardins
