First, the mattress was not delivered on the agreed upon date. Twice. When they finally did deliver, we were not home to sign for the mattress, so they left it at the house. The delivery team scratched our walls going up the stairway. The mattress was stained in multiple places. We contacted the store about getting it replaced, and they told us we had to wait 21 days. After going back and forth with them, they agreed to let us return it. They then charged us a $500 restocking fee along with a $99 sanitation fee. A sanitation fee for a stained mattress????? User's recommendation: Do not do buisness with Mattress Firm.
