This company is nuts. BJ fired me because I made him aware of what’s going on within the company... sexual harassment at LS22 base by Chris W. (Owner doesn’t do anything about it and totally ignores the fact), which I have proof for, maintenance issues, like broken Gov, worn out Transmission mounts, skipping maintenance on aircraft, because that greedy owner wants to keep the aircraft flying and bases open. Most of the aircraft break down on a regular basis. E.g. broken brakes or cracks on the wings on the KingAirs, a crack in the main structure of the tail boom on N917MD, Gov. controller on 45EA, and so on. The list is long and will be handed to their FAA POI to look into. Katie F. (LS22 pilot) falsified her logbook by close to 1,000 hours, in order to meet the companies minimum requirements for the job. Greg said, that this is just for insurance purposes and no one will ever look into it... sketchy. And he just never asked for the logbook in the first place. He just wanted her to fill out the 135 form for their records and she was good to go. She had an incident in Florida and ran out of fuel with an operator down there, but again, Greg just swings some nice words and totally ignores the facts, that are obviously online easily readable. Then they want you to start preflighting and getting the aircraft mission ready half an hour before your hitch. However, they’re very particular with their pilots duty time periods... aren’t they...?! And you don’t even get paid for it. If you make the math, it brings it to 7 hours overtime per 2 weeks! But no one wants to say anything, because if you do, either Emily or BJ will be on your butt, and if you have that much knowledge about the shady things within the company, they simply fire you. This will have serious consequences and I will make sure that the local FSDO will be made aware of those shady practices! A call to the local FAA FSDO reveals everything.
