Why does the driver pull his ski mask over his face when they sneak up here at 1or2am ????? Cars are being towed for no reason. But thats ok i walk around everynight and take a video of the cars to see if they have permits. We are on to your little scam {{Redacted}}.This car was dropped off lastnight at 2am if anyone is missing your car.
