I have been using ezbuy for over 2 years now. But recently their shipping fees are SEVERELY OVERPRICED. I am not talking about the price per 500g But rather I think they often inflate the volume/kg of the parcels so that they can charge more. Plus, many times when I contact their customer support to amend parcels, they often quote an extra charge to do certain things. They obviously don;t want to do their job and hence quote a high fee that doesnt make sense so that they don't have to work. Also, two of my friends have had their parcels "LOST" so conveniently. Something is clearly not right. USE EZBUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
