I have lived in this house for almost 10 years and never had a bill over $200. Their plan should have saved me money but somehow my bills were always higher. My last two bills with Gexa were $380 and $400! The last I checked they had me at $.14 kw off plan, because it had expired. I found another provider and changed companies. My last bill was charged at $.18 per kw to stick it to me on the way out! User's recommendation: Steer clear. Your bills will increase.
