Several miscommunications between salesman and installation technician. DVR also failed to record when REALLY needed it.

Upon installation of the equipment that myself and the salesman agreed would be put in, the installer put in things I didn't want and then didn't install what I did want in the correct location. After finally working through that, the system looked good and was easy to use. Had an issue at our bar one night where certain individuals needed to see the footage. Upon review, the DVR did not work. VEry upset and noone can say why that happended. User's recommendation: Shop around and research the best.
